Availability in stock

Products available for direct purchase through the shopping cart may not specify shipping times. Please be aware that the preparation and dispatch of these items can take anywhere from 2 to 30 working days following the confirmation of payment. Shipment

Unless agreed upon in writing beforehand, products are typically dispatched via courier. If the delivery timeframe isn't specified on the product page, customers can expect the shipment to occur no later than 30 days after payment confirmation. The delivery progress can be tracked consistently through the courier company's website. Upon shipment, the customer will receive an email (sent to the address they provided) with the formal delivery status and a link for shipment tracking.

Returning and Refunding

If the package appears tampered with or contains defective or non-conforming products, customers can contact Jiusen's Customer Service via email or telephone – contact details are readily available on the website under the 'Contact' section. Upon delivery, the customer must note "subject to control for [indicate reason]" on the courier's delivery document and promptly inform Jiusen's staff about the issue.

Defective products must be returned within 14 calendar days, in their original packaging. The customer can use their own courier or request Jiusen's carrier for the return. It's crucial to notify Jiusen about the intention to return the product no later than 14 days after receiving it.
